1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place any orders.

2. Products and Orders

• All neon signs are custom-made to your specifications. Once you approve a design proof and production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.
• Colors displayed on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to monitor settings and LED characteristics.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement applies to your purchase.

3. Design Proofs

After you place an order, we will send a design proof for your approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for spelling, layout, and design accuracy before approving. We are not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your sign arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

7. Warranty

All signs include a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or use in conditions the product was not designed for.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is our property or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission. Custom designs created using our configurator remain your property once purchased.

9. User Content

By submitting custom text, images, or designs through our configurator or contact forms, you represent that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to decline any order containing content that we deem offensive, illegal, or infringing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
