Ordering
How do I order a custom neon sign?
Use our online configurator to choose your text, font, color, size, and backboard style. You'll see a live preview of your sign before adding it to your cart. If you need something more complex, reach out to us via the contact page.
Can I see a proof before production starts?
Yes. After you place your order, we send you a free design proof within 1-2 business days. Production only begins once you approve the proof.
What if I need to make changes after ordering?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes, we offer discounts for orders of 5 or more signs. Please contact us for a custom quote.

What are your signs made of?
Our signs use premium LED neon flex tubing mounted on a backboard. Unlike traditional glass neon, LED neon is shatterproof, energy-efficient, produces almost no heat, and is safe to touch.
How long do the signs last?
Our LED neon signs have a lifespan of over 50,000 hours. That's roughly 8-10 years of use at 12 hours per day.
How much electricity do they use?
Very little. A typical sign uses between 12-24 watts, similar to a standard LED light bulb. Running a sign 12 hours a day costs just a few dollars per year.
Are the signs dimmable?
Yes, every sign comes with a dimmer built into the power adapter so you can adjust the brightness to your preference.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does production take?
Production takes 5-7 business days after you approve your design proof. Rush production is available for an additional fee.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days after production. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental US.
Installation & Care
How do I install my sign?
Every sign comes with a mounting kit and clear instructions. Most signs can be hung in under 10 minutes using the included wall-mount screws or hanging kit. See our Installation Guide for details.
Can I use the sign outdoors?
Our standard signs are designed for indoor use. If you need an outdoor sign, please contact us for a weather-resistant option.
How do I clean my sign?
Unplug the sign and gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or chemical cleaners directly on the neon tubing. See our Care Instructions for full details.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Because each sign is custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your sign arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge.
What does the warranty cover?
Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects including LED failure, wiring issues, and power adapter defects. It does not cover physical damage from misuse or improper installation.
My sign arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
