What’s in the Box

- 1
Unbox Your Sign
Carefully remove your sign from the packaging. Each sign ships with: the neon sign, a power adapter with built-in dimmer, mounting hardware (wall screws and anchors or a hanging chain kit), and a design proof card.
- 2
Test Before Mounting
Before mounting, plug your sign in to make sure everything works. Connect the power adapter to the sign and plug it into a wall outlet. Your sign should light up immediately. Use the dimmer on the adapter to test brightness levels.
- 3
Choose Your Location
Pick a flat, dry, indoor wall near a power outlet. Make sure the surface can support the weight of your sign. Avoid areas with direct sunlight or moisture. Hold the sign against the wall to visualize placement before drilling.
- 4
Mark the Mounting Points
Use a pencil to mark where the mounting holes on the back of your sign will align with the wall. Use a level to make sure the marks are even. For most signs, there are 2-4 mounting points on the backboard.
- 5
Install the Hardware
Drill pilot holes at your marked points. Insert the included wall anchors if mounting on drywall. Screw in the mounting screws, leaving about 5mm of the screw head exposed so the sign can hook onto them.
- 6
Hang Your Sign
Align the keyhole slots on the back of your sign with the screws and slide the sign down to lock it in place. Make sure the sign sits securely. Route the power cord along the wall or behind furniture for a clean look.
- 7
Plug In and Enjoy
Connect the power adapter, plug it in, and turn on your sign. Adjust the brightness using the built-in dimmer. That's it — your space just got a whole lot brighter.
Tips
- Use a stud finder if possible — mounting into a stud gives the strongest hold.
- If your sign is large or heavy, have a second person help with the hanging step.
- Use adhesive cable clips to route the power cord neatly along the wall.
- Avoid using extension cords when possible. Plug directly into a wall outlet.
