Production Time

Every sign is made to order. Production takes 5-7 business days after you approve your design proof. Rush production (2-3 business days) is available for an additional fee — select it at checkout.

We currently ship within the continental United States. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Order Tracking

Once your sign ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status from your account dashboard.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom Orders

Because each neon sign is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review your design proof before approving production.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sign arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Warranty

All signs come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, including LED failure, wiring issues, and power adapter defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or exposure to conditions the sign was not designed for (e.g., outdoor use for an indoor-rated sign).
